Please review these Website terms of use which govern your use of our Website and any purchases that you make utilizing the Website. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and consent to be bound by these terms (hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms then please exit the Website. This Website is managed by Kissimmee Guest Services. All charges are made in US dollars.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. For events and tickets that are date sensitive, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some orders may require express shipping to ensure a timely and secure delivery.
Our Celebration pickup location and customer service center is closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Refunds & Exchanges
- There is a 1 time refund policy.
- Tickets must be unsigned and unused.
- There is 10% applied fee applied to the order total, minus the delivery fee. This covers re-stocking and processing fees regarding your ticket purchase.
- Any tickets that have left our office, tickets not currently sold on the website, any expired tickets or any Disney E-Tickets, are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for the actions of the US Postal Service or Federal Express. We will not extend a refund or exchange if you do not receive your package before your vacation.
Taxes and Fees
"Taxes and Fees", as it appears during the checkout process, refers to a combination of sales tax and/or service fees. Since the business is owned and operated within the state of Florida, and you will be using the merchandise while in the state of Florida, sales tax must be applied to any purchase. The percentage of taxation is based on several different levels including local, city, county, state, resort and/or other governmental level. This percentage ranges anywhere from 6%-10%. Any remaining amount after sales tax is service fee charged by the business.
All tickets and prices are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right not to honor any typographical errors. We are an authorized ticket reseller; all tickets are new and unused. All offers and tickets are subject to change at the discretion of the theme parks at any time. Please contact the individual park with any further questions. No content on this site may be used for any commercial purposes without written or electronic consent from Kissimmee Guest Services.

We sell discount Disney tickets, they are the tickets you would purchase at the gate, but at a discounted rate. How can we sell you them cheaper then the parks? We are contracted and purchase ticket in bulk, and provide you with tickets at a cheaper rate.
Why buy tickets in advance? You can purchase all of the tickets you need for your Disney vacation, as well as other attractions, and not worry about price increases. We carry most of the Orlando and central Florida attractions.
